We aim to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate. LunaKyn™ is a recognised product. All materials, images, and descriptions are the property of OBP Creations Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission.

4. Ordering

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

We ship to UK addresses only (unless arranged by separate agreement). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Products must be unused and in original condition.

7. Trade Customers

We welcome trade enquiries and wholesale orders. Trade pricing is available on request and subject to minimum order quantities.
All trade orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom or bulk orders may carry longer lead times.
Trade customers are responsible for ensuring that LunaKyn™ meets their internal standards or requirements before use. We can supply technical data upon request.
