Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand by the quality of Whetgrip®. If there’s a problem, we’ll sort it—fairly and within the law.

Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, you’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know. The item must be:

• Unused

• In its original condition and packaging

You’ll need to cover the return postage unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake. We recommend tracked delivery—we’re not responsible for returns lost in the post.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days. It’ll go back to your original payment method.

If the product is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover return costs and offer a full refund or replacement—your choice.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original and place a new order.
